【TechWeb报道】1月6日消息，据台湾媒体报道，台积电最大客户苹果将在今年第二季度推出的新一代iPhone中采用7nm工艺的A12处理器。
根据此前传出的消息，苹果今年将发布的三款新iPhone，除了iPhoneX的常规更新版本之外，还有6.5英寸版iPhoneXPlus，以及6.1英寸廉价版iPhoneX，它们都将搭载A12处理器。
报道称，除了苹果之外，台积电的7nm工艺制程芯片已经拿下了40多位客户，其中还包括高通，其新一代骁龙处理器的代工已经交给了台积电。
根据报道，台积电在7nm工艺批量生产竞赛中战胜了三星，7nm技术将被应用于移动通信、高性能计算和AI应用程序等。（二两）
