安倍 解散众议院 安倍经济学,标普全球的首席经济师Paul Sheard在接受CNBC专访时表示，日本首相安倍晋三之所以宣布将解散众议院，是因为反对党民进党现在处于弱势，且朝鲜半岛危机在一定程度上巩固了安倍的地位。Sheard还表示，安倍计划拨款2万亿日元用于刺激经济，事实上是为了实现“安倍经济学”第三阶段的目标，即政府支出用以提高生产力并鼓励对人力资本的投资
