12月12日，迅雷宣布董事长更换人选。现任董事长邹胜龙卸任，接替他的是迅雷董事、小米高级副总裁王川。而在此之前的7月，邹胜龙已辞去迅雷CEO一职，由陈磊出任CEO。至此，邹胜龙已不再担任迅雷的任何具体职务，只以董事的身份留在迅雷的管理层。
