虽然社区中已有不少文章对 Java 相关的编码问题从语言层面进行了深入分析，但是由于实际项目的复杂性，乱码的成因并不一定单纯来自 Java 内部。换言之由于某些 API 对外部编码的依赖，只有搞清楚外部编码对 Java 编译和运行的影响才能更好地去排除乱码问题。
