有无在运动时固定眼镜的办法

戴眼镜已有十几年，鼻翼两侧已经被眼镜垫片压的变形了。平时生活的时候都需要时不时的提下眼镜。今年开始恢复运动，跑步的时候眼镜跑两步就会滑下来，特别在已经出汗的时候，频率更高。
请问大家在这种情况下有无什么固定眼镜的办法，越无感越好。换眼镜就不要说了，那是最后的办法。。。[笑 cry]
