本文简单总结凉拌茄子的制作方法。

原料#

新鲜的茄子,青椒,大蒜,香菜,醋,生抽,辣椒面,胡椒,五香粉,盐,白糖,蚝油

步骤#

  • 茄子洗干净,切成小条,泡在加白醋的清水中一分钟,然后捞出茄子,上锅蒸五分钟。
  • 制作料汁:青椒和大蒜适量,切沫,放入小碗,加辣椒面,胡椒粉,五香粉。锅内热油,油热以后加入放青椒和蒜末的碗中,然后加入盐,白糖,生抽,醋,蚝油,搅拌均匀。
  • 把蒸好的茄子放入盘中,加入料汁,搅拌均匀,喜欢吃香菜,可以放一些香菜,即可食用。
