OSAT 厂商预计 AI 芯片需求将推动 2024 年增长
据《科创板日报》援引台湾电子时报报道，尽管主要 OSAT（外包半导体封装和测试）在 2023 年 1-9 月的总收入有所下降，但市场消息人士表示，他们正在为人工智能（AI）和高性能计算芯片需求的预期增长做好准备，这将推动 2024 年的增长。参与台积电 CoWoS 封装供应链的企业也将从明年纯晶圆代工厂即将扩大的产能中获益。
