GSI rom not booting

i tried a lot rom, but only one started - aosp 14 android 5 beta, and then with errors. usually, I see bootanimation of the firmware and that's it, it doesn't go any further. after I flash the permissiver, I have a bootloop (the phone shows the logo and reboots).. I tried a lot of methods to get the rom to start, but without success. please help me with this problem
