本来想等测试 iap 完善之后再提交 app ，如果 iap 有问题又得再提交，这样循环测试有点累啊

我们是有个测试包名，每次做新 APP ，都用这个测试包名的账号先测购买功能，没问题后，就切换成正式包名提审核。至于前端他们这个测试包名，是否之前先过审的，我就不知道了，我归我后端管

我是首次提交新 app ，创建购买项目有这个提示：
首个 App 内购买项目必须随新的 App 版本提交。请创建 App 内购买项目并在 App 版本页面的“App 内购买项目”和“订阅”部分选择相应项目，然后再将其提交至 App 审核。
上传二进制文件且提交首个 App 内购买项目以供审核后，即可在“App 内购买项目”部分提交其他 App 内购买项目

要加 sandbox tester 账号去测，才能拿到未审核 product 的数据。
