天眼查App显示，近日，天津猫眼现场科技有限公司因在演出经营活动中不履行应尽义务，倒卖、转让演出活动经营权，被北京市文化和旅游局罚款7万元。该公司成立于2018年6月，法定代表人为张乐，注册资本500万人民币，由天津猫眼微影文化传媒有限公司、天津猫眼微影科技有限公司分别持股51%、49%。
