This new update is awesome. Last one I had was the November ROM. It drained the battery pretty fast. This one is mind blowing how good the battery performance is.

Great update, I clean flashed it this time, since I had to fix widevine certification anyway.

Although there's one single bug that bothers me since always actually. The brightness goes darker for no reason sometimes, even though I have it set to 100% and auto brightness is turned off.

I mentioned it before here, but apparently it's not connected to another profile, since I didn't create it this time. @balgxmr do you need some logs from me to fix this issue or do you know some simple solution I can use for now? Cheers!

I have some problems. Previously I used miuimix and make clear install of PixelOS and have some bugs, such as auto-rotation does not work, just nothing happens, auto-brightness also does not work, in any lighting conditions, and also cannot put a fingerprint, just on one moment, it's says time is up or something, can someone help me? I really liked the firmware, but these bugs...

For 3 days now I try autobrightness and it's not great neither.
Apart from that, DND acts weird in this patch. I noticed it now shows all notifications and just stops playing all notification sounds and that's great idea, but it has some weird bugs like lagging audio when playing alarm sound (very dangerous...) or cutting off sound during regular phone call.

I really like the system and battery is great (apart from that little hiccup by Google), but this patch is a failure. I would love to help you test it, since I have 8 years experience in testing desktop apps, but I don't have spare Mi 9. All I could is provide logs, if you'd like.

The bluetooth connected to the ford sync has issues on whatsapp calls, when you end the call you have to end it on the phone as well because it acts like it disconnects the bluetooth. calls in whatsapp sometimes need to be repeated due to a malfunction of the speaker. the led light during charging would be nice to be able to turn it off.

Guys on 11 May 2023 release - does Hey Google voice recognition work for you?
I have rooted phone with Universal SafetyNet Fix, but it didn't work without root neither.

Why is it getting worse and worse? Now my phone slowed down so much that games started shuttering and when I get a call the whole UI lags and I can't anawer the call or sometimes I simply don't hear my caller. Last 2 updates were completely fine, what happened now?

Autorotation works well in my case. Autobrightness works a bit strange, that's true, specially in low light situations, but quite well in lightfull spaces. And fingerprint performs perfectly in my case, with 3 of them properly registered with no issues during the proces.

Autobrihghtness a little wierd in low light situations, me too. Notifications ok, no audio issues at all. Battery is great in the last update.

Working perfect in my case. Hey or Ok google detected with screen on and off with the already recorded voice model, some years not refreshing it. Without root in my case.

No freezing problems in my case. CoD Mobile as always, pretty well. No audio issues either.

Maybe a clean install could help. I had problems with pixel wallpapers from long press at homescreen, but working ok from settings, and only one also share it. I had no other issues, but solved with a clean install. And no bugs at all for now. And battery is enough, having a 70% battery health nowadays...Hope it helps some of you.

Yeah, sometime games beginning to restart, like mobile legend, hate this

I uninstalled Google app updates, then reinstalled them from play store, restarted smartphone and the issue with apps lagging or crashing is gone.

I don't know what to do to make Okay Google work. Maybe sending voice samples to Google servers is broken? ;/

- no battery drain
- fingerprint works fine.

Autobrihghtness just a little weird.

I've noticed different models or custom ROMs in my friends circle have available older Google app versions in Play Store. Are we kind of testers for Google with their app? My play store shows version 14.20.11.29 and it's terrible - huge battery drain, constant CPU usage, apps load like 5x longer, games are unplayable. I downgraded to 14.20.11.28 and it's completely fine, except for voice assistant.

I even found simple test for it - I start the timer for 1 second and watch how fast the timer starts playing alarm sound. In normal environment it's instant, but with broken google app it's 6-8 seconds, plays for like 4-6 seconds and lags again.

Am I safe, if I disabled automatic updates for Google app just in Play Store or I have to use some magisk script for that? Thanks for response in advance <3
