家里长辈沉迷于低质量短视频怎么办

家里两位接近八十岁的老人，这两年越来越沉迷于抖音快手。而且由于这些平台的推荐机制，所以导致推荐的内容全都是非常低质量的广告或引流内容。不是造谣新闻就是保健品与药品，而且一键跳转拼多多就能直接下单😅。目前我的做法是定时清理关注列表然后关闭个性化推荐， 但是个性化推荐关闭后这些软件会经常诱导用户打开，所以作用不大。
