Intel “1.8nm”工艺抢先量产 台积电：不评价 我们的2nm还是最好的

快科技4月25日消息，在先进工艺上，台积电最近几年摇身一变成为全球的领导者，量产的3nm也是目前最先进的，Intel的主力工艺还是Intel 7，也就是之前的10nm SF工艺演进而来。
但在未来两年，格局可能会发生变化，因为Intel的目标是4年内掌握5代CPU工艺， 特别是2024年Intel会在上半年、下半年分别量产20A、18A工艺，等效友商的2nm及1.8nm工艺。
18A是Intel四年掌握五代CPU工艺中的最后一环，是20A工艺的改进版，每瓦性能比提升10%，同时它也是对外代工的主力，前不久还跟ARM达成了合作协议，基于18A工艺量产先进的ARM芯片。
同时18A工艺是Intel跟台积电竞争的关键，后者的2nm工艺预计在2025年才能量产，一旦Intel如期搞定18A，那么会在技术及量产进度上超越台积电，重新成为半导体工艺领导者。
