日本官方“背刺”索尼：称微软收购动视暴雪不会影响竞争

不久前，英国竞争与市场管理局通过了对微软收购动视暴雪的许可，为微软扫清了顺利收购道路上的一大阻碍。
今天，
日本公平贸易委员会发布了一份长达43页的调查报告，认为此次收购将不会对竞争造成实质性损害。
在此之前，索尼曾不止一次强调，如果微软拿下使命召唤，那么对PlayStation和整个游戏玩家来说都是一个大问题。
但显然，这一论点并未影响日本官方的决策， 反而在最终的认定上产生了类似“背刺”的结果。
