❓What prompted this?

The thing is, the main reason we were able to grow to 170K users was mainly due to prioritizing features that customers were actually asking for. We would get requests, assign them to tickets, and every week we would work on the ticket with the most requests. Quite boring of an answer, but it works.

Our main issue now is that now we have upwards of 400 incoming tickets a month and it's harder to sift through the noise and gain insights from those tickets.

So, with the recent advances in AI, I decided it was time to build a tool that could do the insight extraction for us, thus Essense was born!
