Complement Linear with feedback management, customer segmentation, a public roadmap, and an automatically generated changelog. In the same Linear look and feel, with CMD+K, shortcuts, dark mode, real-time sync... you name it!

Hey everyone! Excited to launch on Producthunt today! Three months ago, I quit my job to fully focus on this idea, that I have had now for 3 years. I noticed a problem over and over in all kinds of companies:

Documenting user insights, understanding the real problems behind those insights, and making them transparent to other stakeholders and users.

Doing this in Notion, Google Docs, or Miro is messy and slow. Other tools focus too much on enterprise needs, aren't enjoyable to use, or don’t connect well enough with your issue tracker, which leads to a separate and disconnected roadmap.

1. Real-time sync with Linear 🟣 You can directly log in to our tool with your Linear account and find everything there synced in real-time. You and your users see the same roadmap as in Linear and as soon as you mark a project done, it appears as a changelog draft in Productlane.

2. Public roadmap and user feedback management 🎉 With Productlane, you can now decide to make your Linear roadmap public for your users or just share it with your team to let everybody in the company add user insights. 3. Segmentation 👥 We love the triage feature in Linear, but there is a missing piece: Over time you will receive duplicate requests from all kinds of customers. To find out exactly what type of customer requests a feature, you need to be able to segment those requests. By filtering for e.g. “High MRR Customer” or “Ambassador” features, you ensure you focus on the right problems of the right customers.

4. A beautiful changelog that writes itself ✍️ When you mark a project done in Linear, it automatically creates a changelog draft. It's filled with the issues you completed since the last changelog and will be directly sent to the customers who requested it.

5. Project Checklists inspired by the Linear method ✅ Each new project automatically has a checklist to ensure you follow the Linear Method. Did you verify the problem this feature solves? Is this for the right customer segment? Things worth keeping in mind 🧠
