2 月 17 日消息，百度目前筹备“文心一言”的团队，主要由 TPG（技术中台事业群）、MEG（移动生态事业群）两大部门协同。百度 CTO 王海峰任项目总指挥，其他带队高管还包括：百度集团副总裁吴甜（同时担任深度学习技术及应用国家工程研究中心副主任）、百度技术委员会主席吴华等人。据多位百度员工透露，百度讨论过两种方案，一种是推出独立入口；另一种是效仿微软 Bing 接入 ChatGPT 后的“New Bing”，即与现有的百度搜索入口打通。
