碳链价值APP讯，迪拜虚拟资产监管局 (VARA) 发布了《2023年虚拟资产及相关活动条例》，制定了全面的虚拟资产框架，以支持经济可持续性和跨境金融安全。
该框架将通过强制要求迪拜的持牌实体采用黄金标准风险保证和反洗钱 (AML) 标准，为市场提供监管确定性。VARA制度下的七项许可包括咨询服务、经纪交易商服务、托管服务、交易服务、借贷服务、支付和汇款服务以及 VA管理和投资服务。发行也是VARA制度下的一项受监管活动，允许消费者对在迪拜推出的新代币和发行人的相关义务做出更明智的决定。（finextra）
