WCOCOP table update using bapi BAPI_CONDITION_CONTRACT_CREATE ?

I am trying to create a condition contract using BAPI BAPI_CONDITION_CONTRACT_CREATE coming from front end UI screen.

I will get partners details also from UI and these details should get saved in WCOCOP table with partter functions configured. But I am unable to pass the partners those will be saved in WCOCOP table. There are some parameters related to eligible partners, I tried using these parameters also , But not working.

How do I pass data to this BAPI, so that the data will be saved into WCOCOP table. I tried to debug the standard code triggered from BAPI ,but i could n't find it exact place. Any one faced same issue. ?
