It’s been a really long time since I’ve done one and I think it’s time I do another. This next one will be more on the JavaScript side because it was one of the first languages I learned so it would be nice to go back those roots.

The other reason is also because I want to look a little closer on how Gutenberg works internally. I get a kick out of how things work and even more when I start to inspect the inner workings of things. This is also the reason I really do like working with custom keyboards. Some of the software needed is super neat and I love seeing how that works.

I know this will take me quite a bit to really grok it all but I do know that it will definitely be something that is worth doing for my sake. I have felt like I’ve been a little out of touch when it comes to code and this is one way of changing that for me.

There are so many things that I know have changed since I looked at code too and I don’t like that feeling. I love the research aspect and love the application of it more. One of these days I’ll be able to find a balance for it all, I guess.
