微软虚拟现实梦碎！裁员波及VR部门

近段时间，美国科技公司上演裁员潮，亚马逊、微软均已宣布大裁员。而作为全球科技巨头之一，谷歌、微软于上周公布了万人裁员消息，占约员工总数的5-6%。
微软将裁员重点主要集中在虚拟现实（VR）部门，还有HoloLens、混合现实（MR）部门，都已经大降幅了核心架构。
此前微软也计划开启“元宇宙”领域的探索，并且计划以旗下的Xbox系列主机作为基础，依托平台优势进行进行元宇宙应用的开发。
早在在Ignite 2021大会上，微软表示会尝试把旗下的办公套件引入元宇宙的概念中，从而使得用户能够在元宇宙中聊天、开会、共享Office文件并且进行办公，而非仅仅是将元宇宙作为娱乐方式。
