Ok fair enough, I am not normal, I have been using Android since 1.4 (nobody cares) , and you probably aren't. I guess I need to be patient. And anyway I am grateful to people compiling such roms.
I think this guy don't answer normal users like us ...

Incorrect, on both counts. You don't know me well enough to make an outlandish statement like that.

That's nice, any chance of a star2lte build ?

It takes me well over half a day to compile on an ageing desktop, not including troubleshooting time, so I tend to compile only for devices I use. All you really need is a good manifest/roomservice file and it's pretty straightforward from this guide:

Lineage How-To Build for starlte

Here is Exynoob's manifest file, simply swap starlte for star2lte.

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<manifest>
  <!--Device tree-->
  <project name="Exynoobs/android_device_samsung_starlte" path="device/samsung/starlte" revision="lineage-19.1" remote="github"/>
  <project name="Exynoobs/android_device_samsung_exynos9810-common" path="device/samsung/exynos9810-common" revision="lineage-19.1" remote="github"/>
  <!--Kernel-->
  <project name="Exynoobs/android_kernel_samsung_exynos9810" path="kernel/samsung/exynos9810" revision="lineage-19.1" remote="github"/>
  <!--Blobs-->
  <project name="Exynoobs/proprietary_vendor_samsung_exynos9810-common" path="vendor/samsung/exynos9810-common" revision="lineage-19.1" remote="github"/>
  <project name="Exynoobs/proprietary_vendor_samsung_starlte" path="vendor/samsung/starlte" revision="lineage-19.1" remote="github"/>
  <!--Hardware-->
  <project name="LineageOS/android_hardware_samsung" path="hardware/samsung" revision="lineage-19.1" remote="github"/>
  <!--Common Sepolicy-->
  <project name="LineageOS/android_device_samsung_slsi_sepolicy" path="device/samsung_slsi/sepolicy" revision="lineage-19.1" remote="github"/>
</manifest>
