今天下午，新东方在线港股发布公告，董事会建议将本公司英文名称由Koolearn Technology Holding Limited更改为East Buy Holding Limited，
及将本公司双重外文名称由新东方在线科技控股有限公司更改为东方甄选控股有限公司。
也就是说，未来新东方将会以东方甄选作为绝对的主业了， 这个曾经在绝境中开拓的新业务意外爆火，如今要转正了。
据悉，2021年K9在线教育踩下急刹车，遭到前所未有的“寒冬”，包括新东方、好未来、高途股价全崩，最惨甚至90%市值都跌没了。
随后新东方在线就创立了东方甄选，转型为农产品筛选与销售的电商平台，在最初几个月的直播中都鲜有人关注，甚至还因为产品售价贵被网友“骂”上热搜。
