日本自研2nm工艺 台积电大佬表态：5nm都没 跳跃式发展很难

作为曾经的半导体一哥，日本如今在先进工艺上已经落伍，为此日本计划投入重金研发2nm工艺，找来了美国IBM公司合作，希望最快2025年量产2nm工艺，一举追上台积电、三星等公司。
日本研发2nm工艺，台积电怎么看？是否感觉到了威胁？日前台积电联席CEO魏哲家也回应了此事，认为日本发展2nm工艺是非常困难的。
魏哲家表示，如果一个企业或者国家想要跳跃式发展，不能说不可能，但是相当困难。
“日本有没有3nm、4nm及5nm工艺？”魏哲家表示，“弯道超车的后果就是保险公司要赔钱。”
