香港证监会：绝大部分提供虚拟资产安排的平台均不受监管
12 月 13 日，香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（简称证监会）发布《有关声称向投资者提供回报的虚拟资产安排的声明》。声明称，虽然一些虚拟资产安排通常被标签或推广为“存款”或“储蓄”产品，但它们不受监管及不等同于银行存款。投资者完全没有获得任何形式的保障。绝大部分提供虚拟资产安排的虚拟资产平台均不受监管。此外，虚拟资产承受着较高的风险，包括流通性不足，价格大幅波动，定价欠缺透明度，潜在的市场操纵，黑客攻击和欺诈，及可能损失所有价值。
