Q1: from HANA studio, is it possible to delete old audit log which was saved in CSV files?
Q2: is it possible to rotate these CSV files by setting a retention period?

Answer 1:
from HANA studio, it does not support to delete these old audit log CSV files, you need to manage them from OS level(tools).
Answer 2:
Only when audit trail = TABLE, it supports RETENTION option.
For example:
CREATE AUDIT POLICY test_912390 AUDITING SUCCESSFUL CONNECT LEVEL INFO TRAIL TYPE TABLE RETENTION 30;
>>>the audit log generated by audit policy test_912390 will be kept for 30 days, all the older ones will deleted automatically after 30 days.
