SAC model with csv table from DWC integration

I have a model and story in SAC.
I want to add an analytic table from DWC that i have created from a csv file to the model or story in SAC.
Specifically I need to do a left join(SAC model/story being the primary) based on a few domensions that exist both in the SAC model/story and the table in DWC.
Lets say 3 different ID dimension.

What is the best way to approach this?

Thanks for any help.

If you want to just add a table based on another model/file/connection you can use the Add Data option

But you if you want to performs join between the two data set, you need to go for story blending (not supported in optimized design mode). For this you need to create the model first based on DWC.

Another option is to enrich your primary model with data from another data source in the data wrangling. I would not prefer this as it involves lot of regression for existing artifacts.

Hope this helps !!

Thanks for the reply.

"For this you need to create the model first based on DWC."
When I make a live connection between DWC and SAC the result is directly a story, not a model.
Should I make a different connection rather then a live one to be able to have the DWC data as a model?
