新加坡企业 SaaS 初创公司 Osome 日前宣布，已经完成了一笔 2500 万美元的B 轮融资。
据悉，本次 B 轮融资由 Illuminate Financial、AFG Partners、Winter Capital 等提供。基于本次融资，Osome 所获得融资总额已经达到了 5100 万美元。
Osome 由连续创业家 Victor Lysenko 成立于 2018 年（此前曾为 Rocketbank 和 Darberry 的联合创始人），是一家致力于帮助中小微企业（尤其是电商公司）的公司注册、会计、报税、工资发放等管理流程完成数字化转型的人工智能 SaaS 平台（包含 iOS 和安卓端的应用）。此外，Osome 也表示，平台目前也已经接入了亚马逊、eBay、Shopify、Lazada、Etsy、Shopee 等电商平台。据介绍，目前，Osome 已在新加坡、中国香港、英国三地为超 1.1 万家企业提供了服务。
针对业务表现而言，Osome 透露，自去年 6 月份的 A 轮融资以来（1600 万美元），公司的营收已经实现了翻倍增长。另一方面，Osome 也指出，自去年以来，公司的客户规模也增长了两倍。
展望未来，Osome 表示，将利用本次新融资推进自身在亚洲地区的业务发展，并计划在未来一年内实现盈利。
