Can you give a firmware update? I now have the version for May installed, and if I understood correctly, you have the July version.
It is located here; https://we.tl/t-IovN9zJ38z let me know if you have trouble dloading this. I just checked and the link is still valid.

The Logo changing link does not work anymore. Would you please upload anywhere else?
The issue with attachments is incredible and happens since some weeks. If you upload a PNG file the link goes up to a JPG which is for sure not available.... But all attachments are broken most of the time.

hmmm... had a look at these devices.
I would say okay, if you have tested this device, but just to decide from some video to present it as better as the Klyde... hmmm... difficult.

I will try to explain to you. The fact is that the sound and functionality of the device is important to me. My previous Kanor device from the Microntek device line had a PX5, 4/32, Android 8.0 + DSP, 10.2 inches IPS screen. I bought in 2018, had much more functionality than the Klyde KD-1280 and the best DSP. In DSP, you could create a two-way sound + subwoofer. Set frequency slices, if you understand what it is? Out of the box, Kanor was able to show the level of the on-board network on the screen, automatically after switching on the rear camera when reversing in time, switch the image from the front camera to the screen, sleep settings: Off - 30 min. - 2 hours - 6 hours - 24 hours, stable operation by bluetooth for speakerphone and music from the phone, bluetooth communication with OBD2, connecting additional monitors, for example, in head restraints, for rear-row passengers and much more. That is, it was a powerful device with great sound and great functionality. But I have long dreamed of buying a Tesla style device and at the end of 2019, I caught the eye of KD-1280. An even more powerful processor and most importantly such a wonderful, versatile screen. This bribed me. I reconciled that there is no DSP. I solved this problem by purchasing an external Pioneer A1000S processor. But, the further I began to use the device, the more I was disappointed in it. The device works stably, but there is no bluetooth connection for OBD2, no additional cameras except the rear view camera! Klyde does not have additional equipment for the all-round visibility provided by the device! How to organize the display of parking sensors is also not clear! No sleep mode! Not safe reversing, as I wrote earlier! In general, in addition to a universal screen of good quality, the device can not do anything! Its specific launcher with manufacturer-designed user functionality restricts it. Yes there is a couple of icons in the upper bar where you can assign your programs, yes you can set autorun as an example of navigation and automatically split the screen into 1/2 parts and all that you can. But it could have been my old device! So you changed the launcher in portrait mode, but lost the compass and gyroscope! In the rest of the same. The manufacturer is quite democratic Android drove into one well-known framework with it without providing the user with devices providing full functionality of the device! One has only to add a voice function to the pros, it really works stably, but I honestly do not use it. It’s more convenient for me to control the device with the steering wheel buttons. Although I am a user of the Apple ecosystem, the CarPlay function in the device is not correct in my opinion. I have to pull the cord with the iPhone to connect CarPlay to the radio. That's horrible! By the way, Ownice has full CarPlay, as Apple intended. DSP, which you showed above in the pictures, I'm sorry but this is sheer nonsense. With it, you will not be able to properly configure the sound system in the car. Yes, you will not listen to the bad sound of the regular speakers + a simple subwoofer on one coil, but nothing more. You will not be able to build at least two channel bands with a good subwoofer by adjusting the frequency slices. DSP KD-1280 does not know how! As I wrote earlier, I have been using the device for 6 months now and my output of the KD-1280 has only a good universal screen and nothing more! But to me, as a person driving a car, as it turned out, such a screen is not as important as the functionality of the radio itself. Before buying a KD-1280, I wanted to buy the Ownice C800Pro 10.1 diagonal and I regret that I did not buy it, but bought the KD-1280. Now that Ownice offers 13.3 FullHD in a universal design, and even with a DSP of 8 channels, I’ll sell KD-1280 without regret and buy Ownice. This is not advertising or anti-advertising, this is my personal opinion of a non-sophisticated user with extensive experience in using devices on Android OS. I just want to add on my own no offense. You did not use devices with wide functionality on Android OS, where everything is harmonious and convenient. Where the manufacturer thought through how they will use the product. And the euphoria from the universal 12.8-inch screen will pass, especially since Chinese manufacturers offer us new solutions in this style. It seems to me that when you play enough with the KD-1280 screen, you will draw the same conclusions as me. The KD-1280 device is just a universal 12.8-inch screen and nothing more, otherwise it’s lousy.

I talked to Vera. Ownice does not have the 13.3 available right now. There is problems with it so it's not going to be released until October this year. Only 10.1 is available. Just wanted to let you know.
Thanks for the info. I did not know this detail. Vera Khan wrote a message, but has not yet received a response. I have her phone, but I haven’t got into a hurry with the question of replacing the device. Klyde sent me a new motherboard to replace in the device. I believe that until October I will still use KD-1280, and as soon as Ownice releases its new product 13.3 I will replace my KD-1280.

Merci.

J'ai le même problème que vous !
Does anyone know what are these connectors for?

I can help: the connector on your right picture is used for the HDMI connection:

And if somebody needs an additional USB connection: there are -2- USB connections located on the mainboard. I noticed it while comparing your picture with mine. So I found that the USB connection (on your board) is different like on my board. After a small research I learned that the USB port has -4- connections to offer. So I soldered an old USB cable to that connector and now I have an "internal" ssd connected. I'm worried about the total power consumption when I use all 4 connections so I would like to ask: perhaps it's better to "install" a self powered (12V) USB port on that connection???

What do you think?
