设百亿元专项基金，苏州发布支持生物医药产业发展十二条政策

12 月 3 日，苏州市工信局发布了《关于支持建设苏州生物医药及高端医疗器械国家先进制造业集群的政策措施》，推动当地生物医药产业做大做强。
具体政策措施共十二条，包括设立总规模达 100 亿元的专项基金、丰富债券融资渠道、增强银行信贷力度、丰富保险产品供给、加强企业融资服务、提供专项贴息支持、整合优化企业资产、支持向 CRO/CDMO 转型、提升审评审批服务、推进创新产品临床应用、优化税费征管服务、加速创新要素转化等。
苏州市工信局表示，“苏州生物医药十二条” 政策的出台，是为了支持苏州生物医药企业健康发展，积极抢抓苏州生物医药及高端医疗器械集群入围国家先进制造业集群的契机，加快推进数字经济时代苏州生物医药产业创新集群建设。
