对于微软来说，其目前正在进行的动作，就是让更多Windows 10用户升级Windows 11，不管你愿意不愿意。
微软也一直在劝说Windows 10 21H1用户升级到Windows 11。而对于那些使用Windows 8.1的用户，微软甚至敦促用户升级到新电脑，以享受Windows 11的所有好处。
现在微软开始首次向Windows 10 22H2用户的Windows开箱即用体验（OOBE）界面中提供Windows 11更新推荐，即首次开机或者重大更新后的设置界面 。
之前的一个调查显示，不少人不愿意升级Window 11，其理由也是相当的现实，比有很多人对新系统的开始菜单非常不适应，配合居中的任务栏，简直反人类。
