15家婚恋平台霸王条款！世纪佳缘、百合网、珍爱网等被点名

日前，安徽省消费者权益保护委员会发布15家婚恋平台不公平格式条款调查报告。
调查显示， 15家平台共有88条不公平格式条款内容。其中六成来自世纪佳缘、百合网、珍爱网、我主良缘、MarryU高 端婚恋5家全国性婚恋平台。
从不公平格式条款调查结果的总体数据来看，全国性婚恋平台不公平格式条款的主要问题类型有21种，
主要表现在不负责、不退费、不保证、不平等等方面。
各平台“不退费”类型的条款内容占比也将近20%。在实际调查中，全国性婚恋平台格式条款中规定“不退费”情况几乎每家都有。
