Hydration is vital, but it's easy to forget to drink water. There are tons of apps for tracking water intake, but that's not necessarily a good indicator of how hydrated you are, and it's annoying to track.
Pee & See is designed to be the easiest way to monitor your hydration.
Log your pees, and see how hydrated you are. It takes just 2 taps and 2 seconds to log your pee from your Apple Watch while you walk to the bathroom.
On your watch face, you can see how long it's been since you last peed to keep you aware of your hydration level during the day, along with information about average time between pees to know how you're doing over the longer term.
This post is about the Apple Watch app, which I recently re-wrote to make it much faster and more reliable.
