I was having the same problem, but after Android 13 update, no issues yet.

Ok mine did this for the first time tonight. I had audio OFF (volume down to 0) and it "pops" every time I paused then start a video.
I changed browsers and turned on DnD. Still happens.
I took off my case, let it sit a few minutes, then opened YouTube and tapped a video. DnD still on.
Pop. It's like it has to pop every time the video is registered as a video .
Gonna reboot.
Edit: rebooted, no issues.
If it starts again I'll report.
