Windows 10 蓝牙耳机连接正常，但是没声音的解决办法

遇到个怪问题，家里一台Windows能正常连上蓝牙耳机，播放音视频时死活听不到声音，调试时提示无法播放测试音调。把蓝牙设备删除重试几次依旧没有解决。
因为设备连接是正常，排除了驱动问题，只可能是某些服务没有启动或者启动出错了，费了一番时间找到一个靠谱的方案。
原来负责音频输出有两个服务，分别是 Windows Audio 和 Windows Audio Endpoint Builder。

Windows Audio 负责管理音频程序的服务

Windows Audio Endpoint Builder 负责管理音频设备的服务
使用快捷键 Win+R 运行 services.msc 进入系统服务操作界面
先确认这两个服务是否正常运行
如果都正常运行的话，试着重启一下两个服务
这时候发现耳机里神奇的有声音了
但凡是计算机遇到无法解释的诡异问题，99%都可以用重启大法解决，剩下一的1%重启一次不行就重启两次。
