今年9月，QQ对macOS版本进行了一次大刀阔斧的重构，新的版本基于Electron框架，能够胜任更多新功能的迭代。
但在新的macOS版本QQ开始推送后， 有用户发现，比起适配新功能，它现在更需要做的，或许是补齐诸如群文件、QQ邮箱等基础功能的缺失。

QQ macOS版发布了6.8.8版本更新，在此次更新中，软件终于迎来了群文件、QQ邮箱、展示历史群公告等一系列基础且实用的功能。
除了大量新功能的加入外，此次更新还优化了软件的夜间模式与截图体验，并修复了大量Bug。
