Question VoLTE and 5G - Pixel 7 on none supported countries
I have just one simple question for Google...why do they ship the phone to non-supported countries from their official Amazon store?
Like...if you ship...make sure all features work?
People in non-supported countries still want a pixel device... VoLTE support isn't cheap or easy and Pixel is still growing
I'm looking for a way of forcing it to work, using root if it's possible. My network supports the feature (as I used it on my last phone using the same sim card), and I know the Pixel 7 Pro supports it too. I've no doubt the option to enable it would be there had I purchased the phone from Vodafone.Google removed the WiFi calling icon a while ago in an android update or at least made it less visible. Would expect a toggle for wifi calling though in your call settings though. might be if it's not yet enabled, it'll come in a software update

it does support, it's whether it has been enabled for your carrier which I expect it would be... As it just launch it might be disabled in error which is why I'd expect it to get resolved in a s/w update. Have you spoke n to VF?
I managed to root my device and get 5G, VOLTE and call screening enabled on Pixel 7 in an unsupported country (Bahrain).
Let me know if u guys need a guide I will prepare one
please prepare a short guide if possible. Which network are you on? Batelco/zain/STC? your benefit pay/bank/etc work after rooting?

Unfortuantely brother BenefitPay aint working.
However, ila Bank and BBK working with 0 issues.
I dont know how I will live without benefitpay, so im carrying another phone just for it, while i figure out something for BenefitPay

VoLTE is working fine out of the box in Poland with PLAY carrier.
T-Mobile Poland - VoLTE and call screening work fine too. Do you have VoWIFI?

For me, it seems to be working out of the box in Hungary... Yet to test but in the menu, it's available

I tried on Vodafone Hungary and no volte or 5g out of the box. Using the volte magisk module works for volte but not for 5g.

Was not working actually, was TMobile but now I did the mod, however, seems to be dropping network now...
Did u try turning off the developer mode ? and toggling all buttons in the magisk hide
Add them in denylist in magisk, FC the app and it should work
