人到中年。
一直以来有个毛病。
爱睡懒觉。
尽管睡眠质量很好。
属于碰到枕头瞬间昏迷的人。
曾经家里人敲门没反应。
最后把门砸了，冲进来我才醒。
可见睡眠深度。
目前一天睡 8-10 小时。
觉得有点浪费生命。
有没有啥好办法能够不这样嗜睡？
