顺丰回应“男子寄鱼干到货只剩头尾”：基本排除收派运输环节异常
9月23日，针对9月22日晚发生的“男子寄鱼干到货只剩头尾”热搜事件，@顺丰集团 公布初步调查情况：9月20日，客户到公司营业站发件，托寄物是鱼干，快件在监控下完成包装寄出，到件外包装完好无损。9月21日11点45分，当班业务员派送时，收方客户要求放到门卫室代收，当晚19点30分左右，收方客户表示在门卫室取件时发现物品有拆包痕迹。接到异常反馈后，公司按照流程制度启动调查，已基本排除收派运输环节异常，事件还在进一步调查中。
顺丰表示，9月以来连续热搜事件，集团高度重视，已责令专职团队检视现有相关流程是否满足客户的期望，同时调查事件全过程。对于连续热搜引发的社会关切，公司深表歉意。
