据 PRNewswire 消息，Web3 社交媒体平台 Parler 宣布完成 1600 万美元 B 轮融资，投资方信息暂未披露。Parler 迄今融资总额已达 5600 万美元。此外，Parler 还宣布收购私有云公司 Dynascale Inc. 并将公司重组为 Parlement Technologies,Inc.。Parlement Technologies 将作为社交媒体平台 Parler、基于 Solana 的 NFT 市场 DeepRedSky、以及全资子公司 Dynascale Inc. 的母公司运营。
此前报道，Parler 于 2021 年将业务拓展到 Web3 和 NFT 市场，在今年三月推出 NFT 市场 DeepRedSky 并发行美国前总统特朗普相关的 NFT 系列 Official Crypto Trump Club。
