三星今日发布新一代固态盘产品990 PRO，刷新了PCIe 4.0 SSD的性能新高。
官方宣称连续读取速度可达7450MB/s，连续写入速度可达6900MB/s ，随机读取速度最高1400K IOPS，随机写入最高1550K IOPS，对比980 PRO，990 PRO的随机读写性能提升了55%，更适合游戏和创意生产型任务。
散热方面，主控能效比980 PRO提升50%，控制器上添加镍涂层并在硬盘上使用标签式散热片。990 PRO散热片版不仅多一重散热保障，还支持RGB灯光。
其它基本参数方面，固盘走PCIe 4.0 x4通道，M.2 2280形态，三星自家V-NAND闪存（TLC颗粒）和自研主控。
