淘宝正式推出方言版语音助手

数字时代，除了“网络原住民”，其实还有一群容易被淡忘的人群——网络移民。相比在5G网络上驾轻就熟的年轻人，网络移民中的“银发族”则显得很吃力，比如不会拼音、老花眼看不清字等。
随着大家对这一现象的重视，不少平台开始为老年群体提供“定制化”服务，比如微信上线老年社交版本。8月8日，淘宝也正式推出了语音搜索功能，并且不限制普通话，像山东话和东北话等方言也能使用，主张“银发族也能用方言网购”。
这其实也是淘宝自去年推出长辈模式和语音助手后，针对中老年用户购物体验的又一次升级。同时，为了进一步推广该功能，淘宝还在微博发起“方言声优”的活动，希望让更多的人了解。
