I follow the link http://www.codeabbey.com/index/wiki/intel-4004-emulator#bGRtIDUKeGNoIHIyCg__ in CodeAbbey wiki and the example doesn't work. Maybe I'm wrong but it seemed not working at all.

Well, you may be quite right :( It is written in Python as I remember and since recent global change on hosting provider's side had broken some things around python interpreters etc - this could be affected too.
I'll have a look bit later, thanks for reporting this!
