7月18日消息，据央视新闻报道，当地时间18日，欧盟27个成员国一致批准《数字市场法》。
据介绍，该法律对互联网巨头企业提出一系列要求，
包括不得滥用市场支配地位打压或并购竞争对手、不得未经用户允许强行推送广告或安装软件，不得将采集的用户数据移作他用等等。
如果企业违规，将被处以相当于该企业年营业额10%的高额罚款。
这部法律最初由欧盟委员会于2020年12月提出， 去年11月欧盟各成员国经一年谈判就法律条文达成一致 。
