俄罗斯央行发言人：私人稳定币“具有更高的风险”

俄罗斯央行发言人对此表示，私人稳定币“具有更高的风险”，因为基础资产池不属于发行人。他们还认为，发行人不能保证按面值赎回，稳定币的价格也不是真正稳定的。
