马斯克终止收购推特：或将支付10亿美元“违约金”

今年4月份，世界首富马斯克启动了对推特的收购工作，根据协议，马斯克以每股54.20美元的现金收购Twitter， 交易价值约为440亿美元（2886亿人民币） 。
不过马斯克收购推特的工作进展并不顺利，当地时间7月8日，马斯克表示， 其将终止对推特的收购，理由是推特严重违反了协议中的多项条款 。
马斯克的律师在一份文件中表示，推特未能或拒绝回应多次索取平台上虚假或垃圾账户信息的请求，这对公司的业务表现至关重要。“推特严重违反了该协议的多项条款，似乎做出了马斯克先生在签订合并协议时所依赖的虚假和误导性陈述。”
据了解，马斯克在收购推特的过程中，最大的阻力就是“虚假账户”。
