马斯克终止收购推特
财经网科技7月9日讯，据IT之家消息， 彭博社报道，马斯克表示他的顾问已于周五致函推特，正式通知推特他将终止收购协议，因为这家社交媒体公司已经未能提供有关虚假账户的信息。
马斯克表示，该公司没有“遵守其合同义务”。对此，Twitter 董事长给予的回复是：我们会在法庭上见到你。
推特美股盘后崩跌 7%，现跌幅约 5.49%。
