游戏主播PDD直播唱歌被起诉索赔10万

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）7月4日 消息:近日，游戏主播PDD在直播中表示，自己因在直播中即兴演唱了一首《向天再借五百年》遭到了版权方起诉，并索赔10万。

当时，PDD一度怀疑是因为自己唱的太难听。随后，PDD发布视频向版权方道歉。

法律，条规、法院

PDD表示，自己以后不会随意在直播中唱歌了，直播也是属于商业用途，在直播中唱歌前，要经过别人的许可。

PDD还表示，自己很难接受这个结果，如果需要赔偿自己也会积极配合。

据上游新闻报道，对此，《向天再借五百年》著作权人、著名作曲家张宏光回应称，索赔金额不重要，重要的是借此呼吁社会各界对音乐版权的高度重视。
