特斯拉计划缩减董事会规模，维权投资者团体要求 SEC 介入调查
财经网科技7月2日讯，据网易科技消息，维权投资者 SOC 投资集团已要求美国联邦金融监管机构调查电动汽车制造商特斯拉，原因是后者正计划将董事会规模从 8 人缩减至 7 人，并取消独立董事席位。
特斯拉在 6 月份的委托书中宣布，甲骨文创始人拉里・埃里森 (Larry Ellison) 不打算在今年的年度股东大会上竞选连任，该公司也不打算提名任何新的人来接替他。SOC 投资集团敦促美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 拒绝特斯拉的这一申请。
SOC 投资集团辩称，特斯拉的计划以及其首席执行官埃隆・马斯克（Elon Musk）在未经证券律师预先批准的情况下继续使用社交媒体发布重要商业信息，都违反了特斯拉和马斯克在 2018 年与 SEC 达成的和解协议条款。
