据杭州网 7 月 1 日消息，近日，中国银行余杭支行和华盈小额贷款股份有限公司协同完成数字人民币在线上小额贷款场景的试点应用，华盈小额贷款公司通过数字人民币向一位自然人发放 2 万元小额贷款。这是数字人民币首次在杭州市金融机构小额融资场景中闭环应用，是余杭助力数字普惠金融发展的一次突破性探索。
